解答作成するときにネット解答例が参考になった(ほぼコピペ)ので、私も記事にしました。

申請した際、解答に不足があったようで↓のような質問が届きました。

- The core use case, intent, or business purpose for your use of the Twitter APIs.
- If you intend to analyze Tweets, Twitter users, or their content, share details about the analyses you plan to conduct, and the methods or techniques.
- If your use involves Tweeting, Retweeting, or liking content, share how you’ll interact with Twitter accounts, or their content.
- If you’ll display Twitter content off of Twitter, explain how, and where, Tweets and Twitter content will be displayed with your product or service, including whether Tweets and Twitter content will be displayed at row level, or aggregated.
Just reply to this email with these details. Once we’ve received your response, we’ll continue our review. We appreciate your help!

I want to use the Twitter API for learning Python programming. Take great care not to overwhelm the server. It will be for personal use only

We do not plan to use Twitter APIs to retrieve some content from Twitter and display it on sites other than Twitter. I use Twitter APIs solely to tweet the information of me and my service.

I use this Twitter account to interact with users by logging into this account directly from Twitter on the web or mobile app instead of using Twitter APIs and tweeting like normal users or tweeting It will be realized by doing.
The content of that tweet will be mainly to answer the question of the user of my service by reply or to tweet the update information of the service.

If there is Twitter content in my service, it will be about putting a Twitter share button. You will place the buttons on a part of the menu of my service or in the corner on the screen. However, it is not done using Twitter APIs.
